溫度計接頭的螺紋有公制與英制兩種，其螺紋的選擇應隨溫度計螺紋而定，兩者必須相符。溫度計螺紋有的是定型的，如雙金屬溫度計，絕大多數(shù)情況是M27×2，安裝雙金屬溫度計的接頭螺紋也必須是M27×2。溫度計螺紋特別是電阻體與熱電偶，它們隨安裝場合與溫度而改變其螺紋大小。選擇溫度計接頭時，一定要搞清楚溫度計的螺紋。 溫度計接頭的長度取決于測溫點是否要保溫，不需保溫的測溫點，接頭長度為60～80mm，需要保溫的測溫點，視保溫層厚度決定，一般以露出保溫層30～50mm為宜，接頭長度一般為120～140mm，有時可達200mm。直型溫度計接頭使用廣泛，設備上溫度點都采用直型，管道上安裝溫度計視管道的直徑，小直徑(≥∅80mm)可用45°斜型，但必須是測溫元件逆著流向。太小的管道直徑(≤∅80mm)只能用擴大管來安裝溫度計。當管道≥∅200mm時，才能使用直型連接頭。在條件許可時，安裝在彎頭上的溫度計可減低對管道直徑的要求。 There are two types of thread of thermometer connector: metric system and inch system.The selection of thread depends on the thread of thermometer, and the two must be consistent.Some thermometer threads are fixed,such as bimetallic thermometer, most of which are M27×2.The connector thread for installing bimetal thermometer must also be M27×2.Thermometer threads,especially resistance bodies and thermocouples,change their thread size according to the installation situation and temperature.When selecting the thermometer connector, be sure to make clear the thread of the thermometer.
The length of thermometer joint depends on whether the temperature measuring point needs thermal insulation.The length of temperature measuring point without thermal insulation is 60～80mm.The temperature measuring point that needs thermal insulation depends on the thickness of the insulation layer.Generally,it is better to expose the insulation layer for 30～50mm.The length of joint is generally 120～140mm,sometimes up to 200mm.Straight-type thermometer joints are widely used,and the temperature points on the equipment are straight.The thermometer installed on the pipeline can be 45 ° inclined type depending on the diameter of the pipeline,and the small diameter(≥∅80mm) can be used, but the temperature measuring element must be against the flow direction. If the pipe diameter is too small(≤∅80mm), the thermometer can only be installed with expanded pipe. When the pipe is ≥∅ 200mm,the straight connector can be used.When conditions permit,the thermometer installed on the elbow can reduce the requirement on the pipe diameter.
